At the beginning of the training, the new employees signed in at the Academic Exchange Center and attended a solemn and warm opening ceremony. Afterwards, the new graduates began to introduce themselves.

Chairman Zhang Yunlong, on behalf of the company's leaders and all employees, welcomed the new employees of the class of 2024 to join the Xinhai family. He introduced the development history and prospects of Xinhai Mining in the past 30 years from the establishment of Xinhai Mining, the development of overseas markets, and future development strategies. New starting point, new partners! In order to strengthen teamwork, the HR department organized group tasks and ice-breaking activities for new employees. In the relaxed game sessions and discussions, new employees not only deepened their understanding of each other, but also cooperated with each other, built trust, and improved their collaboration skills.
(EPCM+O service training)
To ensure that every new employee can quickly integrate into the company and clarify their job responsibilities and code of conduct. Xinhai Mining has arranged a wealth of learning courses, covering corporate organizational structure and rules and regulations, information assets, marketing, internal control management, marketing management, rubber materials, mine research, mine design, automation and digital twins, engineering contracting and operation, safety training, delivery and performance, etc., covering all aspects of EPCM+O Service, so that new employees have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the company's business model and content.
For this training, the Human Resources Department of Xinhai Mining specially organized an online live broadcast, which was carried out simultaneously by Yantai Head Office and Beijing Branch, covering all new students recruited by Xinhai Mining in 2024 and new employees recruited from the society, and realizing unified training and learning for new employees.
(Outdoor Visits and Development)
During the training, new employees visited Xinhai Mine Research Institute, Mining Design Institute, Mineral Comprehensive Utilization Test and Pilot Center, Intelligent High-end Equipment Production Center, Wear-resistant Rubber Technology and Product R&D Manufacturing Base, and experienced the company's production strength and innovation capabilities. In addition to the company's internal visits and learning, new employees also participated in outdoor development activities, such as visiting the Cishan Geological Museum and a three-kilometer hike. These practical activities not only enhanced the new employees' sense of professional identity, but also stimulated their enthusiasm and creativity for work!
