Crushing and screening stage: Two and one-half closed-circuit crushing and screening processes. The raw ore was stored in the raw ore yard, and was loaded with a forklift. The medium-sized plate feeder was at the bottom of the original ore silo. Coarse crushing used a jaw crusher. After the coarse crushing, the ore was transported to the circular vibrating screen by the 1# belt conveyor for screening. The materials on the upper screen entered the jaw crusher for crushing. The intermediate products of the vibrating screen were transported by the 2# belt conveyor to the cone crusher for fine crushing, and the finely crushed products and coarse crushed products were returned to the vibrating screen together to form closed-circuit crushing. The material under the lower screen was the qualified material in the crushing stage, and was transported to the powder ore warehouse by 3# and 4# belt conveyors.
Grinding and separation stage: a closed-circuit grinding + desliming + magnetic separation process. There was a belt feeder at the bottom of the fine ore bin, and the fine ore was transported to the overflow rod mill for grinding by the 5# belt conveyor. The discharge end of the ball mill was equipped with a cylindrical screen, and the materials on the upper screen were transported by the large inclination belt conveyor back to the ball mill for regrinding. The slurry under the screen was pumped into the linear vibrating screen for screening, and the materials on the upper screen were returned to the ball mill for regrinding, forming a closed-circuit grinding process. The slurry under the linear vibrating screen flowed into the desliming bucket for desliming. After desliming, the underflow flowed into the medium magnetic field strength magnetic separator for magnetic separation and impurity removal. After impurity removal, the pulp was the quartz concentrate.
Concentrate dewatering stage: The quartz concentrate was pumped into the concentrated hydrocyclone for dehydration, and the underflow was the finished sand. The overflow of the cyclone and the overflow of the desliming bucket both flowed into the sedimentation tank and return to reuse as backwater after clarification.
