In 2022, the Hunan 800TPD quartz sand processing plant project undertaken by Xinhai Mining was officially put into operation. The whole dressing plant adopts Xinhai's EPCM+O service, from mineral processing process design, equipment manufacturing and procurement to On-site installation and commissioning, providing "one-stop" service. During the plant dressing process, Xinhai Mining adheres to the service concept of customer needs first, and uses professional technology and perfection to build an energy-saving and efficient plant dressing project!
Grinding and gravity separation process: Forklift loading - belt conveyor loading - ball mill grinding - slurry pump transportation - a blocked settler settling process. The raw ore is transported to the ball mill for grinding through a belt. The ground product flows into the pump box and is pumped by the slurry pump to the first-stage blocked settler. The underflow returns to the ball mill for re-grinding, and the overflow flows to the second-stage blocked settler.
Gravity separation and classifying process: It is a two-stage blocked settler settling-cyclone classification-dewatering screen dewatering process. After the slurry passes through the second-stage blocked settler, it flows into the pump box, and is pumped by the slurry pump to the hydrocyclone for classification. The overflow returns to the second-stage blocked settler, and the underflow flows to the dewatering screen for dehydration. The material on the screen is quartz sand. The concentrate is transported to the concentrate yard by a belt conveyor, and the screened products are returned to the pump box. The overflow of the second-stage blocked settler flows automatically to the sedimentation tank (which is the tailings). The clear water in the upper layer of the sedimentation tank flows automatically into the return pool and is transported to the system by the water pump as system water supply.
