In 1996, the silica (quartz sand) project, controlled by TOMEN and participated by Takasaki Silica Sand from Japan, finally chose Xinhai Mining EPC to provide the one-stop service for mining processing plant, including engineer design and research, manufacturing and procurement, installation & commissioning after several companies' investigation and comparison. In order to make the project more advanced and reliable, the Japanese side specially invited Xinhai Mining EPC to Japan to inspect 6 silica sand (quartz sand) finishing factories in the formulation stage of the project plan. After this visit, Xinhai had learned and mastered Japan's advanced technology, equipment and concepts in the finishing of silica sand(quartz sand). Combined with the exquisite technology, equipment and concepts of China and Xinhai Mining EPC, it designed and built a set of silica sand(quartz sand) production lines that were in line with the situation of the processing plant. Since then, Xinhai has made a qualitative breakthrough in the technology, equipment and concept of silica sand (quartz sand)!

Japan's advanced technology, equipment and concept in the finishing of silica sand (quartz sand), combined with the superb technology, equipment and concept of China and Xinhai Company, designed and built a set of silica sand (quartz sand) production line in line with the actual processing plant. Since then, Xinhai has made a qualitative breakthrough in the technology, equipment and concept of silica sand (quartz sand)!
