In 2000, South Korea Glass, the world’s third-largest automobile glass manufacturer, invested in the construction of the 1200t/d silica sand (quartz sand) project of Fuchang in South Korea. After learning about Xinhai's successful 2000t/d silica sand (quartz sand) general contracting project for TOMEN from Japan, South Korea Glass determined to cooperate with us, and put forward higher technical requirements. They required the cumulative content of all heavy minerals in the produced silica sand (quartz sand) products could not exceed the standard of 5%. After repeated tests and design demonstration, the one-stop service for mining processing plant including engineer design and research, manufacturing and procurement, installation & commissioning of silica sand (quartz sand) with higher requirements was finally successfully completed.
