Xinhai Mining joined the 10th Tanzania International Mining Exhibition (MINEXPO Tanzania 2026), held Oct. 28–30, 2026, where it presented its capabilities in mining investment and development together with its EPC+M+O service chain. EPC refers to engineering, procurement and construction; in Xinhai's model, the M and O extend that scope to mine management and ongoing operation after commissioning, so that a project moving from test work to production is handled by one contractor.

At the exhibition, the company met with East African operators to work through project-level questions: how a flowsheet should be configured for a given orebody, how a modular plant shortens the distance between feasibility and first production, and how a mine can be operated with long-term cost and environmental performance in mind.

Tanzania's resource base is dominated by gold, graphite, nickel and copper, while lithium and rare earths are still at an early stage of exploration and development. Xinhai provides customized solutions across that spread, from laboratory test work and process design through to equipment supply and mine operation, with the objective of lifting the value recovered from local ore rather than simply placing equipment into the market.

Under its EPC+M+O model, Xinhai takes a project from mineral processing test work and engineering design through equipment manufacturing, construction and installation, project management and mine operation. According to company-reported cumulative figures, its full-chain projects span more than 100 countries, cover close to 2,500 mines and include over 600 completed EPC+M+O projects.

Tanzania projects, top left to bottom right: 3,000 t/d graphite mine under construction; thickeners and ball mill at the 600 t/d gold CIL plant; leaching tanks inside the 150 t/d gold CIP plant; modular 5 t/h gold processing plant.
Three large intelligent mining machinery manufacturing bases supply more than 1,000 types of main and auxiliary equipment, and can be configured for projects of up to 50,000 tonnes per day. Combined with a modular plant concept, this gives East African operators flexibility in production line planning, equipment integration and later operation and maintenance.
In July 2026, Xinhai Mining opened its Tanzania branch, adding a local operating base for the East African market. Positioned in Tanzania as a regional gateway, the branch supports full-chain service for gold, lithium, silver, copper, iron, lead-zinc, quartz and graphite projects, and is intended to shorten the distance between an initial enquiry, technical discussion and on-site response.

From Africa to Australia, South America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, Xinhai continues to extend its service network. For Tanzania and the wider East African market, the company is drawing on close to 30 years of technical experience across more than 70 mineral types to work with mining clients on project construction, equipment supply, processing support and plant operation — the practical meaning of its service promise: "What you need is exactly what we can deliver."
