On March 26, Xinhai Mining officially completed the handover of its new industrial park and commissioned the Intelligent Equipment Phase III Plant — the Modular Prefabrication Manufacturing Base. This milestone represents a strategic expansion of the company’s mining equipment manufacturing capabilities and marks another major step forward in Xinhai Mining’s global intelligent manufacturing strategy for mining equipment.

The newly commissioned modular prefabrication manufacturing base covers an area of approximately 200 mu, with 37,000 m2 of modern production facilities already completed. The industrial park features a well-planned and forward-looking layout, including main roads with a width of 42 meters, capable of supporting heavy equipment integration, large-scale loading operations, and efficient logistics turnover. The facility provides a strong foundation for large-scale, standardized, and global project delivery.

The new base is located only 1.3 kilometers from the Xinhai Mining Service Intelligent Equipment Production Center, forming a closely connected industrial cluster. This proximity enables efficient coordination and seamless integration with the existing production system, creating a complete industrial chain covering core manufacturing, system integration, and logistics turnover. The coordinated operation of the two intelligent manufacturing bases significantly enhances the company’s large-scale and integrated manufacturing capabilities and provides strong support for the growth of its global project delivery capacity.
Traditional mine construction, particularly in overseas projects, often faces industry-wide challenges such as limited local industrial infrastructure, high civil construction costs, long on-site construction periods, and difficulties in maintaining consistent construction quality. In response to these challenges, Xinhai Mining has established a standardized and modular technology system driven by innovation, integrating modular design concepts throughout structural research and development and intelligent manufacturing processes.

Key process structures independently developed by Xinhai Mining — including desorption electrolysis steel platforms, thickener steel support legs, and flotation machine operation platforms — have all been developed as standardized modular units. These structures feature high versatility, interchangeability, and structural reliability, fundamentally optimizing the mine construction model and improving engineering efficiency and construction quality from the design and manufacturing stages.
With the official commissioning of the Phase III Plant, Xinhai Mining has fully established its “Three-Plant Synergy” integrated manufacturing framework.
