From August 24 to 27, Xinhai Mining took part in EXPOSIBRAM 2026 in Brazil, connecting with mining professionals, project developers and industry partners from around the world.
Organised by the Brazilian Mining Association (IBRAM), this year's exhibition marked the association's 50th anniversary and reflected many of the major changes underway in the global mining industry. Discussions focused on critical minerals and local value-chain development, as well as the transition towards greener and more intelligent mining. Mine fleet electrification, tailings storage facility safety and the practical use of AI in mining automation were among the key topics.

At the event, Xinhai's international team met with visitors and industry partners to discuss project challenges and potential solutions across mining, mineral processing and tailings management. The company presented its integrated EPC+M+O approach, combining technical services, engineering, equipment supply, construction, installation, commissioning and operational support across different stages of a mining project.

Brazil remains one of the world's most important mining markets, with substantial reserves of niobium, graphite, rare earth elements and nickel. The country's continued focus on attracting investment into critical minerals—including lithium, nickel, copper, bauxite, rare earths, graphite and cobalt—is also creating new opportunities for project development and greater participation in global mineral supply chains.
