The new subsidiary represents another step in Xinhai Mining's long-term localization strategy in Africa. Backed by more than 20 years of project experience across the continent, the company has established wholly owned subsidiaries in Ghana, Zimbabwe, and Tanzania, creating three regional operating hubs that serve West Africa, Southern Africa, and East Africa. Together, these offices provide localized engineering, procurement, project delivery, and operational support across Africa's major mining regions.

Based in Tanzania, the subsidiary will coordinate business development and project execution throughout East Africa, supporting projects involving more than 70 mineral commodities, including gold, lithium, silver, copper, iron ore, lead-zinc, quartz, and graphite.

The Tanzania office will provide Xinhai Mining's integrated mining services across the entire project lifecycle, including EPC contracting, mine digitalization and intelligent upgrade solutions, and mine operation and management services. Working closely with the company's regional subsidiaries, it will enhance local project execution, accelerate customer response times, and provide timely technical and operational support throughout Africa.
