On July 10, Xinhai Mining Group hosted the official handover ceremony for its new employee residential complex. Senior representatives from Fushan District government departments, Yantai Communications Construction Group and Yantai Chengfa Real Estate attended the event alongside Xinhai Chairman Elon Zhang, Vice Presidents Han Qingwang and Zou Kuihuang, and the first group of staff to move into the apartments. This purpose-built housing block is a tangible outcome of cross-sector collaboration, strengthening Xinhai’s capacity to attract and retain skilled global professionals.
The project was realized through coordinated support from Fushan District authorities and Yantai Chengfa Group. After identifying Xinhai’s critical housing demand during site visits, local officials coordinated inter-departmental resources to accelerate delivery. Yantai Chengfa completed construction and full interior fit-outs on schedule while adhering to rigorous quality standards. Every phase of development, from initial demand assessment to key handover, reflects aligned goals between public bodies, state enterprises and industry to drive regional industrial growth.
The ceremony opened with remarks from Chengfa Real Estate’s deputy general manager, followed by a speech from Xinhai Chairman Zhang Yunlong. He underscored housing as a cornerstone of the firm’s talent strategy:“Competitive career paths draw top specialists to Xinhai, but secure, comfortable living space fosters lasting loyalty. When our team members feel settled at home, they can fully focus on professional advancement.”
Guests witnessed the formal key handover and commemorative group photos. Attendees later toured the two apartment layouts: 83㎡ and 103㎡. All units come fully equipped with bedrooms, kitchen and dining areas plus standard household appliances—air conditioners, washing machines, water heaters, sofas and built-in wardrobes. Ground-floor shared amenities include a reading room and fitness center, with basketball, table tennis and badminton courts slated for future installation. The turnkey complex eliminates relocation stress for domestic and international hires, enabling them to build long-term careers at Xinhai.
The handover marks a new milestone, not a conclusion, of Xinhai’s holistic talent welfare framework. Moving forward, the company will expand employee support programs across its four core strategic divisions: International Design, Intelligent Equipment Research, Intelligent Manufacturing and Smart Automation.
