From June 3–5, WAMPEX 2026, the 19th West African Mining & Power Exhibition, was held in Accra, Ghana. As one of West Africa’s leading mining and energy industry events, the exhibition brought together more than 250 companies from over 20 countries and regions to discuss sustainable mining development and the future of energy transition in Africa.

Xinhai Mining participated in the event, where Mr. Alvin Liu, General Manager of Xinhai Ghana Branch, delivered a keynote presentation on overseas mining investment strategies. During the exhibition, he also met with Mr. Humphrey Asiimwe, CEO of the Uganda Chamber of Mines and Petroleum, as well as representatives from Ghana’s mining regulatory authorities, to exchange views on mining investment and industry development across Africa.

In his presentation, “Technical Experience and Strategies for Overseas Mining Investment,” Mr. Liu shared practical insights based on Xinhai’s international project experience. The presentation covered several key topics, including project due diligence and risk management, customized mineral processing solutions, localized project execution, and integrated EPC project delivery.
