On January 21, Xinhai Mining's 2025 Annual Meeting with the theme of "Xinhuo passed down for a hundred years, continuing the new journey" was held at the Yantai Golden Coast Hilton Hotel. The second phase of Xinhai Mining Intelligent High-end Equipment Production Center has been completed and large-scale equipment has been put into production. The workshop is equipped with more than 40 cranes of different specifications such as 200T, 100T, 50T, 32T, and 16T, as well as 100T CNC floor-standing milling and boring machines, φ8-meter gear hobbing machines, φ8m, φ7m, φ4m CNC double-column vertical lathes, φ6×10m floor-standing cylinder lathes, 4×2m CNC gantry milling machines, upper roller universal plate rolling machines (maximum plate rolling thickness 50 mm), 20,000W laser cutting machines, welding robots and other large, medium and small processing equipment, more than 1,000 sets. It can produce large-scale mining machinery such as ball mills with a diameter of less than 7 meters. It is currently one of the largest processing and lifting equipment plants of the same type in Yantai City. In addition, Xinhai has purchased and equipped a complete set of CNC production equipment to continuously promote the digital production process of the enterprise. The commissioning of Xinhai Mining Service Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park has laid a solid foundation for the company to achieve large-scale and intelligent development and improved the company's core competitiveness.

In 2024, Xinhai Mining will continue to implement innovative practices, obtain 46 national invention patent certifications, 2 software copyright certifications, and be awarded the honorary title of Yantai High-Value Patent Cultivation Center in 2024. Xinhai Mining's Ore Dressing Research Institute, Ore Dressing Design Institute, Mechanical Design Institute, and Automation Product R&D and Manufacturing Base have made great progress. Xinhai Mining's Mining Research Institute has successfully passed the annual review of CNAS international certification. At the same time, the laboratory under the Mining Research Institute has been rated as a key laboratory in Yantai City and a key laboratory for the conservation and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources in Yantai City.

In 2024, the Mining Engineering Contracting and Operation Center of Xinhai Mining will send nearly 100 professional and technical personnel to 13 countries to provide installation, commissioning, guidance and technical services for 50 projects. The Zimbabwe 2 million TPA spodumene project department overcame difficulties and successfully completed the target of reaching the target and reaching production on schedule, achieving another milestone of Xinhai; the Henan 1500TPD polymetallic mine project completed the project construction on time according to the contract period under the conditions of tight time, heavy tasks and limited operating conditions, and established a good brand image for the company.
