How Xinhai Transform From Manufacturer into Mineral Processing EPC Provider

Although China has become a global manufacturing power. Now, China's manufacturing service industry is still in the growing stage. Until 2010, some enterprises gradually started to transform from the traditional field to the manufacturing service industry. In the modern industrial chain, the fundamental purpose of transforming from traditional manufacturing to the service industry is to increase the added value of the product. As the increment extension of manufacturing service, the structure of manufacturing industry also convert from the product- oriented to products plus value added service-oriented, it is an important symbol that manufacturing industry is a course of utilizing higher grade. Manufacturing enterprise is no longer just focus on providing and manufacturing products, but rather they focus on the whole life cycle, and mining machinery manufacturing industry is no exception. In 1997, Xinhai (Shandong Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc) had launched the one-stop mineral processing, namely mineral processing EPC service.

With reference to the development experience of European and American enterprise, Xinhai had made a clear goal since its establishment: aiming at the high and new technology of mining machinery manufacturing, realizing scaled management and making the company become a modern enterprise who integrated ore dressing experiment, mine design, equipment manufacturing, installation and training.
