Mature Procurement and Supplier Management System

Benefiting from extensive experience in mine equipment procurement and construction management, Xinhai has established a mature procurement and supplier management system. Xinhai conducts in-depth development and evaluation of suppliers based on product quality, cost, delivery time, and service level, setting clear standards and requirements. Through strict selection, Xinhai has established long-term relationships with a group of influential and excellent suppliers in the industry. Thanks to these long-term relationships and frequent equipment procurement, Xinhai can deeply participate in equipment production guidance and conduct quality inspections in advance, ensuring the reliability of equipment quality. Strict Procurement Quality Management System

To improve procurement efficiency, reduce procurement costs, and ensure procurement quality, Xinhai implements a two-level procurement model: centralized procurement by headquarters and sporadic procurement by project management departments. For the procurement of complete equipment, motors, and parts, Xinhai submits procurement applications after determining customer equipment models and brand requirements. After approval, procurement activities can be carried out. Xinhai has also established a strict procurement and supply quality management system, including guidelines for equipment and material procurement, management of turnover materials and low-value consumables, and warehousing regulations for equipment spare parts.

Advanced Digital Supply System

Xinhai values optimizing supply processes, leveraging the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) calculations to automatically issue purchase plans for each workshop. Supply personnel issue purchase orders based on these plans, and upon the arrival of purchased materials, MC material control personnel receive and store them according to purchase orders. This process achieves real-time data collection and business monitoring for material procurement, logistics distribution, material storage and transportation, production usage, packaging, and shipping. Through an advanced digital supply system, Xinhai can monitor the supply operation status in real-time, promptly identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth supply operations.

Additionally, Xinhai has established a manageable procurement business information platform, where procurement plan reporting and approval, material receipt and storage, material ledger management, and supplier management can be coordinated and executed uniformly, facilitating real-time monitoring of procurement work to ensure procurement quality.
