Ability to Design According to Multiple National Standards

Xinhai's Mine Design Institute is capable of designing according to Chinese standards, Australian JORC standards, Valmin code, and Canadian NI43-101 standards. Additionally, this design institute has established strategic cooperation relationships with mine design consulting companies in Australia and Canada, achieving complementary advantages. In the 'E' part of EPCM, the scheme is determined jointly by both parties, with specific work mainly done by Xinhai, while design review and qualifications are handled by Australian or Canadian partners. For regions like Africa, South America, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, Xinhai's Mine Design Institute can design according to Chinese, Australian, Canadian, and local national standards and regulations.


Xinhai's Mine Design Institute also provides pre-sales processing plant design services. It can provide preliminary mineral processing flowsheets, equipment lists, and total investment estimates based on client needs and the actual production experience of similar mines previously served.

Furthermore, Xinhai's Mine Design Institute provides design services for project reporting, scheme effect drawings, and design for government review centers. It has also applied VR technology, AR technology, glasses-free 3D technology, and 720-degree panoramic processing plant technology to processing plant displays, including equipment, processing plant panorama, and local design, creating more favorable conditions for automated and intelligent design.

Xinhai's Mine Design Institute uses professional digital design tools such as SolidWorks 3D design and PDM design management systems for mine design. This not only facilitates collaboration among the design team, ensuring the accuracy of design plans but also enhances design efficiency, optimizes the design process, and avoids repeated modifications of design plans. Additionally, the Mine Design Institute uses Ansys finite element analysis software and EDEM discrete element simulation analysis software for parametric modeling design, facilitating data sharing and exchange. This way enables the comparison and optimization of multiple design schemes to ensure the final design plan is executable and implementable.
