On January 31, with the theme of "Strive to Build Xinhai Dream", Xinhai successfully held 2018 annual meeting at Yantai Sheraton Hotel. Chairman Yunlong Zhang made the opening speech. Mr. Zhang briefly reviewed the fruitful accomplishment that achieved in 2017, and encouraged all staff to forge ahead and create brilliant glories in the New Year.
Looking back, we marched perseverantly, even with the elements. Mr.Zhang summarized the major achievements obtained in 2017, and expressed his sincere thanks to all Xinhai people who worked hard for a year. In 2017, Xinhai tightly grasped the good momentum due to "Made in China 2025" and “One Belt One Road” policies, actively implemented overseas strategy, and developed the overseas market. Finally, Xinhai reached cooperative intention with several mine enterprise, then successively in set up overseas offices in Indonesia, Iran, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Sudan and Peru. It is significant for Xinhai to further expand the overseas market and provide better mineral processing EPC service.
In March 2017, Xinhai successfully reached a strategic partnership with Australia BatteryLimits Company. Two sides had an in-depth collaboration in mineral processing EPC service, jointly explored the international mining market. This successful cooperation provided a great opportunity to promote Xinhai’s internationalization process, enhance the overall competitiveness and expand the overseas influence.
In 2017, there were a great number of mining expos in international mining industry. From Outer Mongolia Mining Exhibition in the first half of the year to Zimbabwe Mining Exhibition, Australian mining Exhibition, Kazakhstan Mining Exhibition, China Mining and Iran Mining Exhibition in the second half of the year, Xinhai was involved. In the exhibition, Xinhai not only showed Xinhai’s brand image, but also communicated with the international first-class mining enterprise about the technology and trade cooperation.
In recent years, Xinhai used the experience of high-end manufacturing enterprises in Europe and America for reference, and finished its manufacturing industry servicizing transformation. As the integrating of informatization and industrialization, Xinhai constantly enriched products and services, actively shared the experience of transformation and upgrading, played an exemplary role in regional manufacturing upgrading, which further led the integration of small and medium enterprise. With seeking its own development, Xinhai also made a great contribution to regional economic development and industrial transformation.

In 2017, Xinhai mineral processing research institute conducted 74 large and small mineral processing experiments, and obtained the optimal recovery rate based on accurate data and detailed reports.
Xinhai mine design institute took charge of 23 mine projects in this year, provided the most professional and reliable mine design scheme for customers, their rigorous attitude laid a foundation for the sales work and the EPC project.
In May 2017, Mining Research & Design Test Center of Shandong Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Co., Ltd. obtained the approval of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, CNAS.
In July 2017, Xinhai Mine Design Institute officially signed a feasibility study contract about a gold ore project with a mining company in Busia, Uganda. The research carried out strictly in accordance with Canadian NI43-101 standard and complied with the international standard for mining documentation.
In August 2017, Iran Sharaf Abad gold ore dressing project was put into production, and created “four first” of Iran mining industry, namely the project that put into operation within a year; The first mining company that controlled by Chinese in Iran; The only one gold project adopted cyanide-free and environmental separation process in Iran; Complete set of equipment was manufactured by Chinese enterprises and non-tariff barriers. The processing capacity of raw ore is 350 tpd, 5000 tons of high-grade gold powder would be produced every year. The annual output value was expected to reach 70 million RMB.
Malaysia CNMC gold CIP project was the first gold project that used CIP process in Kelantan. It only took six months from mine design, equipment manufacturing, site construction to installation & commissioning, standard reached. The design capacity was 600t/d, and the actual processing capacity reached 700t/d. Besides, the expecting comprehensive recovery rate was 93%, and the actual recovery rate was up to 95%. The internationally renowned magazine “Mining Magazine” reported on this project, and fully affirmed Xinhai mineral processing EPC service.
At the awards ceremony, Xinhai gave fabulous rewards to those who made outstanding achievements in 2017. There were 14 awards in this ceremony, including 22 technical research and development awards, such as Annual Technology Innovation Awards, Annual Project Application Award, Annual Patent Invention Award, Annual Academic Paper Award and other technical research and development awards; 42 management and operation awards, such as, Xinhai Startup Business Star, Annual Organization & Management Star, Annual Rising Star, Annual Dedication Star, Annual Struggle Star, Annual Business Services Star, Annual Sales Champion.
