Entrusted by this company, Yantai Xinhai Mining Research & Design Co., Ltd. has undertaken the washability test on graphite ore samples from Tanzania to seek for the optimum technological process and process indexes which may provide basis for technological process design and future production.
The test results indicate that the raw ore hasgood washability. It is technically feasible by adopting a single flotationprocess, because the flotation reagent system is simple, and the mineralprocessing index is first-class and reliable. In order to protect big graphiteflakes, the particle size of raw material for grinding is -4 mm, and theparticle size for flotation is -16 mesh (100%).
