The raw ore grade was 5.257 g/t, the processing capacity was 350t/d, and the annual processing capacity was 115,500 t/a. The main product was flotation gold concentrate, which can be directly sold to nearby smelters.
Crushing and screening stage: Two-stage one closed-circuit crushing and screening process was adopted. Several advanced large-inclination belt conveyors were used to make the plant compact and reasonable, save floor space and investment. Chose fine crusher for fine crushing operation, which was more advanced and reliable.
Grinding and classification stage: a closed-circuit grinding process was adopted. The ball mill adopted energy-saving type (bearing drive), and the classification equipment adopted the internationally advanced Neat pump and hydrocyclone. Compared with the traditional spiral classifier, it had the advantages of higher classification efficiency, less investment, and small plant area.
Flotation stage: Adopting one roughing, two scavenging and two fine flotation process, high-efficiency agitation tank was used before flotation, a new air-filled flotation unit was adopted during flotation.
Concentrate dehydration stage: gold concentrate flotation operation adopted two stages of mechanized dewatering. The first stage adopted thickener and the second stage adopted filter press. The final filter cake moisture content was 12% and entered the concentrate storage yard.
In the end, the recovery rate of the flotation gold was 94%-96%, the gold grade of the flotation concentrate was 50g/t, and the annual output of gold concentrate (dry ore) reached 11,480 tons.
