Crushing and screening stage: using a jaw crusher for coarse crushing, after coarse crushing, the crushed ores were transported by a belt conveyor to another jaw crusher for fine crushing, and the finely crushed products were transported by the belt conveyor to the powder ore warehouse.

Grinding and separation stage: A pendulum feeder was installed at the bottom of the fine ore silo to transport the ore into the belt conveyor to the grid-type ball mill for grinding. The ore discharged from the ball mill entered the high-weir spiral classifier for classification, and the sand was returned to the ball mill for re-grinding to form a closed-circuit grinding process.

The overflow of the classifier flowed to the high-efficiency agitation tank for adding reagent and mixing, and then flowed to the SF flotation machine for roughing. The rough flotation product flowed to the SF flotation machine for two-stage concentration (2/1). After two stages of concentration, the flotation gold concentrate was obtained. The products in the concentrate tank I and II returned to the previous operation in turn. The products in the roughing tank flow to three scavenging operations, and the three scavenging flotation machines were 3/2/2 SF flotation machines, the flotation products of scavenging stage I, II and III also returned to the previous operation in turn, and tailings of scavenging III were the final flotation tailings.

Concentrate dewatering stage: the flotation gold concentrate was dewatered by thickener and filter. Gold concentrate concentration adopted updated high-efficiency thickener, filter adopts ceramic filter, filter cake was the final concentrate. The overflow from both the filter and the thickener can be returned to the system for reuse after flowing into the return pool.

Tailings dewatering stage: Flotation tailings are dewatered by hydrocyclone + thickener + filter. 

The tailings slurry was pumped into the hydrocyclone with a pump, the overflow of the hydrocyclone flowed into the updated high-efficiency thickener to be concentrated, and both the underflow of the thickener and the hydrocyclone flowed into the belt filter for filtration, and the filter cake was the final tailing. The filtrate and the overflow of the thickener can be returned to production after flowing into the return pool.
