The SF flotation cell working principle: The motor drives the main shaft through a V-belt, rotating the impeller. The impeller features backward-inclined double-sided blades, creating dual slurry circulation in the tank. As the impeller rotates, slurry is sucked into the upper impeller chamber and mixed with air through the suction pipe, forming mineralized bubbles. These rise to the froth layer, which is scraped out as foam products. As a widely used mechanical flotation cell, the SF flotation cell delivers stable air dispersion and effective mineral separation.
The SF flotation cell is mainly composed of the tank, impeller, motor, scraper, and transmission device. The volume of the SF flotation cell is more than 10m³, making it suitable for medium and large-scale flotation cells in mineral processing operations.
