Malaysia CMNM500tpd lead-zinc mine flotation plant project is a mining industry chain service (EPCM+O) project undertaken by Xinhai, which is solely undertaken by Xinhai from design and research, manufacturing and procurement of complete sets of equipment, commissioning and delivery to mine management and operation.
Crushed ore was directly sent to the grinding process after crushing. Regarding the grinding process, one-stage ballmill and two-stage classification were adopted. Only qualified and classified lead ore was carried out to lead flotation operation, in order to obtain final lead concentrate.
The tailings of flotation entered the second stage of flotation to get the final zinc concentrate. The tailings were pumped directly to dry tailings’ discharge workshop for dehydration, and finally they were transported to the existing tailings pit by belt.
