The main metallic minerals of this project were sphalerite, galena, argentite, etc. The main gangue minerals were quartz, calcite and dolomite. The content of Pb, Zn and Ag in raw ore was 2.45%, 8.36% and 150g/t respectively.
When the grinding particle size was -200 mesh (74%), the differential flotation process (zinc inhibition first and lead flotation then) was adopted, in which the lead system adopted one-stage roughing, one-stage scavenging and two-stage concentration.
The yield of lead concentrate was 4.12%, the grade of lead was 56.73%, and the recovery rate was 91.62%. The yield of zinc concentrate was 15.65%, the zinc grade was 48.53%, and the recovery rate was 90.42%. the silver was mainly concentrated in the lead concentrate, which contained 2864.9g/t silver, and the recovery of silver was 80.29%.
