[Introduction] : JJF flotation cell is a air self-suction mechanical stirring floatation cell without slurry suction (Referring to the design of USA wemco flotation machine)

[Improvement] : Shallow groove, the stator is lower than the impeller, large slurry circulation volume, low energy consumption; the stator is a cylinder with an elliptical hole which is conducive to the dispersion and mixing of pulp and air. Umbrella shaped dispersion cover with hole keeps the pulp surface stable.
Xinhai JJF flotation cell is shallow trough type. The impeller parameter is small with slow rotating speed and low power consumption.
The gap between impeller and stator is large. The stator is a cylinder with oval hole, which is conducive to the mixture and dispersion of air and pulp.
The height of stator is rather lower than the impellers. The pulp circulation amount is large, up to 2.5 times.
The umbrella-shaped perforated dispersion cover of stator can block off the foam layer from the vortex by impeller, to keep the stabilization of pulp surface.
The pulp circulation amount is large, up to 2.5 times, which is conducive to the mineralization of ore, reagent and air.

It can be combined with SF flotation cell in combined flotation unit, with SF flotation cell as a slurry suction tank and JJF flotation cell as straight tank.
When the JJF mechanical agitation flotation machine is working, vortexes are generated in the vertical tube and the draft tube. This vortex forms a negative pressure and sucks the air from the air inlet pipe. It is mixed with the pulp sucked by the diversion pipe in the impeller and stator regions.The slurry-gas mixed flow is moved in a tangential direction by the impeller, and then converted into radial movement by the action of the stator, and is evenly distributed in the flotation cell. The mineralized bubbles rise to the froth layer and are scraped out unilaterally or bilaterally to form froth products.
