02Xinhai Ball Mill Manufacturing: From Fabrication to Delivery

What separates Xinhai from smaller fabricators is not assembly — it is the heavy heat treatment and precision machining that underpin every large ball mill. A mill shell that warps in service is not a procurement problem; it is a manufacturing problem. Xinhai’s vertically integrated production chain ensures that every critical dimension is controlled from billet to finished barrel.

Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Capabilities

Machining: The mining equipment base features a 100-ton CNC floor-type lathe capable of machining workpieces up to 6m in diameter and 10m in length, primarily for ball mill cylinders. A C540 double-column vertical lathe handles end covers up to φ4m drum diameter.

Plate Rolling: W11S-503200 universal plate rolling machine with 50mm maximum plate thickness and 3,200mm maximum width, processing ball mill cylinders, flotation tank bodies, and mixing tank bodies.

Gear Hobbing: Y311000K gear hobbing machine machining diameters from 2.4m to 10m with maximum module of 40mm — covering large gears for ≥ӷ5.5m ball mills.
