The Henan 1500TPD silver-lead-zinc-gold polymetallic mine project is a general contracting expansion project independently undertaken by Xinhai Mining. Since the beneficiation conditions of the original concentrator could not meet the production indicators, the customer required the expansion of a 1500TPD production line next to the original concentrator. The customer's parent company is a Canadian listed company with high requirements for project quality. After in-depth understanding of Xinhai Mining's design level, engineering qualifications and construction experience, it gave priority to Xinhai Mining as the general contractor of the project. The project started in early April this year and is expected to be delivered and completed by the end of October.

In the Henan silver-lead-zinc-gold polymetallic mine project, Xinhai Mining independently undertook all engineering work within the scope of the plant construction, including electrical engineering, process pipelines, steel structure plant construction, powder ore warehouse, grinding and flotation workshop, concentrate thickening, concentrate filtration, circulating water and return water system, substation, civil engineering and installation construction, and project acceptance.

Due to the tight construction schedule of the Henan silver-lead-zinc-gold polymetallic mine project, Xinhai Mining needs to simultaneously dismantle the existing concentrator and rebuild the expanded concentrator. Xinhai Mining quickly dispatched an experienced civil construction team to the project site and started construction under the conditions of demolition and construction at the same time and narrow construction site. Adhering to the service concept of "Optimal solutions for your mine", the Xinhai Mining construction team is not afraid of difficulties and demonstrates efficient construction capabilities. The total construction period of the project is 198 days. At present, the project has been under construction for 115 days and is progressing steadily according to the project plan.
