On October 18th, the 26th China Mining Conference and Exhibition (CHINA MINING 2024) came to a successful conclusion in Tianjin. 01 Large-scale intelligent mine sand table
Xinhai Mining's newly built large-scale 3D mine sand table model, with a total area of 3.2m×3.2m, covers mining area, mineral processing area, tailings pond, office and living area and other facilities, becoming a highlight of the booth. The sand table displays different process production lines including quartz sand, gold cyanidation, iron ore, non-ferrous metal flotation, etc. The guests can intuitively understand how intelligent technology is integrated into mine construction under the on-site explanation of Xinhai technicians, which fully demonstrates Xinhai's comprehensive strength in mine design and operation.
02 Glasses-free 3D large screen
Xinhai Mining innovatively built a suspended two-fold screen at the booth, using the glasses-free 3D technology to display large-scale mining equipment such as ball mills, flotation machines, and thickeners, allowing the guests to experience the stunning charm of the beneficiation plant in person. This new display method not only has a very outstanding visual effect, but also attracted a large number of guests to stop and watch, and quickly became one of the focuses of the exhibition. 03MR+VR Mine Interactive Experience
Xinhai Mining launched a mine interactive experience using MR+VR technology. By wearing MR helmets, the guests can see Xinhai's large-scale mining equipment in the real world and interact with the equipment by disassembling parts. The VR immersive experience brought a panoramic experience of 7 different beneficiation plants, covering multiple minerals from gold mines to spodumene, making the guests feel as if they were in a real mine site. The immersive and interactive technology experience attracted many guests to stop and the popularity of the booth continued to rise.
04Smart Mine Digital Twin Management and Control Platform
The Xinhai Smart Mine Digital Twin Management and Control Platform takes mine production and operation management as the core, models the dressing plant in detail, combines production process data and equipment operation and maintenance information, and realizes digital roaming inspection, data mapping, data linkage, twin frequency synchronization and other digital twin application functions. It fully demonstrates the efficiency and intelligence of modern mine management.
Through the interactive large screen, guests can intuitively operate a copper mine project and experience how to use digital twin technology to manage mines intelligently. This technology enables mine managers to monitor production data in real time and optimize operation processes, greatly improving the production efficiency and management level of mines.
05 Intelligent rubber products and automation equipment
The Xinhai booth has a special high-quality wear-resistant rubber product display area, which displays Xinhai X-95 wear-resistant rubber sheet, slurry pumps, valves and other intelligent rubber products, so that the guests can touch the real objects in person and intuitively feel the excellent quality of Xinhai's rubber products. In addition, the automatic dosing machine and other automation equipment exhibited by Xinhai also demonstrated its technical strength in the intelligentization of mines.
