The raw ore of this project is the ore powder purchased from multiple places. The ore characteristics such as grade and hardness are different. It brought challenges to the processing flow. Through inspection and comparison, the client thought that Xinhai mineral processing EPC+M+O is more competitive. According to the requirement of client, Xinhai finally designed two production lines of 5000tpd, which satisfied the production requirement.
Grinding – magnetic separation – concentrate dewatering – tailing treatment
Xinhai provided the one-stop mineral processing EPC+M+O service for this project. At the beginning, The clients entrusted Xinhai with the detailed mineral processing experiment. After the experiment, Xinhai mine researcher found that iron was the only valuable element in raw ore of this project. It was low-phosphorus and low-sulfur acid primary magnetite ore. In the deep research of ore characteristics, Xinhai provided the ideal processing flow.
Later, Xinhai sent mine design technics to inspect project site for the correct location. The details of the design plan were optimized repeatedly, and Xinhai Mining handed over the complete design plan of the processing plant in a short time. The clients were moved by the professional technology and service attitude.
In the processing stage, it used three stage closed crushing and screening – stage grinding and stage magnetic separation – concentrates and tailings dewatering processing flow.
Xinjiang 3300tpd iron processing project was the transformation project of Xinhai Mining. On the basis of the original processing project, Xinhai Mining added new equipment and technology, fully using the present workshop, equipment and basics.

Xinhai Mining provided one-stop customized mineral processing EPC+M+O service for Shanxi 2400tpd iron processing project. Through mineral processing experiment, Xinhai Mining found that the raw ore of this project is natural sand ore. It was hard to grind. The grain size of iron and gravel inlay was very fine (-325 mesh needs to be more than 90%), and the content of mica was high, which had a great influence on grinding and beneficiation. It belonged to refractory iron ore.

Entrusted by the project company, Xinhai provided mineral processing EPC+M+O service including design and research, whole set of equipment manufacturing and purchasing, commission and delivery, mine management and operation. After the experiment of ore sample, Xinhai mining found that, after mixing the iron ore with one roughing and two scavenging operation, the iron concentrates with 94.54% production rate, TFe grade of 63.91%, 95.08% recovery rate. The Sulphur content of iron ore concentrate was reduced to below 0.15%, and even 0.065%.

According to the ore characteristic of this project, Xinhai carried out targeted mineral processing experiment and gave the suitable mineral processing flow. Strong magnetic separation and verse flotation are used for weak magnetic iron ore. Weak magnetic separation can be used for strong magnetic iron ore.

Shanxi 1200tpd iron processing project is Xinhai mineral processing EPC+M+O project including mineral processing experiment, mine design, equipment manufacturing and delivery, installation and commission, worker training, mine management and operation.

The ore composition is complex. Xinhai Mining carried out a series of mineral processing experiments for this project. Through analysis and comparison of multiple mineral processing technologies, the ideal mineral processing flow was customized.
Besides, while providing efficient development and utilization of resources, Xinhai Mining paid great attention to environmental protection, and provided efficient and reasonable solutions to the dust, noise, waste water and tailings generated by the processing plant, realizing the green development and construction of the mining area.

Entrusted by the company, Xinhai Mining undertook the iron concentrates desulfuration experiment project，determining the iron concentrate desulfurization process and ideal process indicators. The multi-element analysis test results of the raw ore show that the grade of TFe in the raw ore is 60.92%, and the grade of sulfur is 3.36%.
Under the condition that the grinding particle size was -200 mesh, accounting for 51.1%, one coarse, two scavenging, two fine flotation - two-stage magnetic separation operations can obtain an iron concentrate yield of 69.11%, a TFe grade of 70.44%, and a recovery rate.
79.84% of the iron ore concentrate, the sulfur content in the iron concentrate is 0.16%.
The main metal minerals of the project were iron oxides, mainly hematite and magnetite, and the gangue minerals were mainly argillaceous with aluminum and silicon, with serious siltification. The raw ore had an iron grade of 40.91% and a sulfur grade of 0.18%, which was a refractory iron ore. Xinhai Mining Research Institute focused on the experimental research and analysis of ore mineral characteristics and beneficiation process characteristics, beneficiation methods, process flow structure, beneficiation indicators, process conditions, etc., and carried out the experimental comparative study of three process schemes: magnetic separation, magnetic separation + reverse flotation, roasting and wet magnetic separation.
After comparative tests of various processes, the yield and grade of the iron concentrate obtained by the weak magnetic separation process are low; the iron concentrate obtained by the magnetic separation + reverse flotation process cannot meet the requirements of industrial iron powder; the raw ore roasting and wet magnetic separation process can be used.
An iron concentrate with a yield of 41.05% and an iron content of 57.75% was obtained, and the iron recovery rate was 57.87%.
After the beneficiation test, Xinhai Mine found that the iron content of the project's original ore is 56.60%, and only iron in the ore has recovery value. Iron minerals mainly exist in the form of magnetic iron minerals. The distribution characteristics of raw iron minerals and ore minerals are not uniform, and the particle size is medium-fine and fine-grained.
The test results show that as long as the iron mineral particles are separated, the iron minerals can be enriched and separated, that is, the coarse ore is subjected to magnetic separation and tailing, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the grade of the iron ore concentrate.
In the end, Xinhai Mine recommends adopting the stage grinding stage magnetic separation and tailing process.
Through multi-element analysis of the original ore, Xinhai Mining found that the original ore of the project contains 59.76% of iron and 0.12% of sulfur. The main metal mineral is magnetite, and the main non-metallic minerals are minerals such as aluminosilicate.
Xinhai Mining has carried out systematic condition test and flow test for this iron ore, and it is recommended to adopt stage grinding stage sorting.
The tailings of the raw ore are thrown, and the coarse concentrate is reground. The regrind particle size is -200 mesh accounting for 39.6%. The yield rate can be obtained by weak magnetic separation of 86.15-86.17%.
