On June 25, Alvin Liu, Head of Xinhai Mining's Africa Region, led a core team on an official visit to Malawi's Ministry of Mining, where he held formal talks with Minister of Mining Mr. Thoko Tembo.
The meeting focused on the standardization of Malawi's mineral processing industry and on opportunities for cooperation in developing the country's mineral resources. Both sides held in-depth discussions on practical approaches to project implementation and long-term development planning for the mining sector.

During the meeting, Alvin Liu officially introduced Xinhai Mining's strategic initiative, the "Africa Mining Safeguard Scheme", to representatives of the Malawian government.
The Africa Mining Safeguard Scheme is a strategic initiative developed by Xinhai Mining Group for the African market. Leveraging the company's integrated strengths in technology, operation, and supporting services across the mining value chain, the initiative aims to support the upgrading of Malawi's mining industry, unlock the value of the country's mineral resources, and promote a more sustainable and standardized path for mining development.

Looking ahead, Xinhai Mining will continue to deepen its presence in Africa, leveraging its integrated capabilities across the mining value chain to help unlock mineral resource value and support more sustainable and standardized mining development throughout the region.
