This plant adopted the open-pit mining, the raw ore was fragile and contained the mud, less lump ores but more fine ores, and the maximum size of the lump ore was < 200mm.
Ore washing and crushing: one stage of ore washing, dewatering and crushing process was adopted. After the ore washing, the ore entered into the crushing directly. The muddy fine ore was sent to the crushing after the desliming and dewatering.
Grinding and gravity separation: The grinding products were directly sent to the jigging process for coarse separation, the qualified grinding products (-200 mesh accounts for 70% ~ 75%) were sent to the centrifuge. The jigging coarse concentrate and the centrifuge concentrate were sent to the shaking table. The middle ore of the shaking table returned to the grinding. The tailings of the shaking table flew to the tailings pond, and the concentrate of the shaking table was manually sent to the concentrating shaking table for reprocessing, and then the reprocessing concentrate was directly smelted. The reprocessing middle ore returned to the grinding manually.
When the grinding particle size was -200 mesh (70%-75%), the yield of heavy concentrate was 0.086%, the grade of gold was over 3000g/t and the recovery rate of gold was over 80% through the gravity separation process.
