The tailings of this project were the tailings that have been filtered after cyanide leaching on site. The tailings contained about 20% water and 400ppm cyanide.
The tailings of the disc filter were transported by a belt conveyor to a high-efficiency agitation tank for slurry mixing, and bleaching powder and circulating water are added to the agitation tank to fully stir and react;
After mixing, the slurry flowed into the double-impeller agitation tank, and the cyanide removal process continues. After reaching the standard, the slurry was pumped into the chamber filter press through the slurry pump for dewatering, and the tailings were loaded and transported. The filtrate enters the buffer tank for buffering, and then be pumped back to the first high-efficiency agitation tank by the slurry pump for mixing.
