This project was a renovation project of the mineral processing plant which was mainly about the technical renovation of the main plant (grinding, flotation).
The original facilities are used for crushing system, and the crushed material was sent into the ball mill in the main plant through the belt to enter the grinding system. It used the closed-circuit grinding system composed of the ball mill and cyclone.
Then the pulp entered the flotation system after adding reagents and size mixing. It used the process of one-roughing, three-scavenging, four-concentration for flotation, which produced flotation gold concentrate and flotation tailings respectively.
The flotation gold concentrate was pumped into the original concentrate dehydration system, and the flotation tailings were pumped into the original tailings conveying system. The product of this project was flotation gold concentrate.
