Entrusted by this project, Yantai Xinhai Mining Research & Design Co., Ltd. undertakes the all-slime cyanidation test on gold ore samples, aiming to determine the optimal process flow & the best parameters to provide the basis for technical flow of the mine and instruct the on-site production in the future.
The gold is recycled by all-slimecyanidation method, and then the tests on grinding fineness, NaCN dosage, limedosage, pulp concentration, and leaching time are conducted to determine theraw ore grinding fineness of -200 meshes 85.00%, pulp concentration of 40%,protective alkali dosage of 4kg/t, NaCN dosage of 1kg/t, leaching time of 24hand gold leaching rate in residue of 95.53%~95.74% according to this condition.The sliver recovery is 87.04%.
