Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. provided EPC services for the 500,000t/a Iron Concentrate Powder Project in Mongolia. Magnetite was the main mineral in the iron ore, and the FeO content was 19%. Xinhai provides systematic EPC services, which included mineral processing plant design & construction, equipment manufacture & installation, workers training, and other services. Xinhai carried out the specialized experimental research on mineral processing, and adopted the efficient and economical process of stage grinding & stage wet weak magnetic separation. By applying this process, iron concentrate with iron content more than 67% and iron recovery rate more than 96% could be obtained.
