Henan Fanende Concentrator is one of China's key polymetallic ore facilities. It operates two concentrators and two wet tailings ponds. The primary concentrator handles 700 t/d, while the secondary runs at 3,000 t/d, giving a total annual throughput of 1.2 million tons. The client requires top standards in safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.
In 2024, Xinhai Mining delivered a 1,500 t/d flotation expansion project, which increased the secondary concentrator's capacity to 3,000 t/d. The entire process—design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning—was completed to spec on the first attempt. The project boosted recovery rates and won strong client praise.
