The design scope of Mali 150tpd gold CIL beneficiation plant project included beneficiation (including water supply and drainage), electric power, civil engineering, general drawing, steel structure, etc.
It adopted screening and removing impurities-one stage wet grinding-CIL cyanide leaching-desorption electrolysis process.
After sieving and removing impurities, the raw ore entered the ball mill for grinding. The grinding products were transported by the slurry pump to the hydrocyclone for classification, the hydrocyclone overflow entered the cyanide leaching process, and the hydrocyclone underflow returned to the ball mill.
Tailings after cyanide leaching were transported to the tailings pond by the slurry pump; the gold-loaded carbon was stored in the storage tank and transported to the desorption electrolysis system.
