The whole industry Chain service (EPC+M+O) project of Laos 500TPD gold and copper Mining undertaken by Xinhai Mining Equipment, including Beneficiation test, mine design, equipment manufacturing and procurement, packaging and shipping, installation and debugging, worker training.At the request of Lao customers, Xinhai mine assembly helped them complete the beneficiation design of gold and copper ore, and also designed the dry drainage process of tailings.
Grinding Stage: It used the closed-circuit grinding process of "one stage ball milling and classification of spiral classifier". The separation system utilized the flotation process of"once selection, three times of scavenging and beneficiation".
Dewatering Stage of Concentrate Tailings: The concentrate tailings dewatering system adopted filter press for dewatering. After the flotation tailings concentrated by cyclone, the bottom flow of cyclone was dehydrated by vibrating screen; the overflow of cyclone flowed automatically to thickener and then was filtered and dehydrated by vacuum disc filter.
