Vietnam Carat 800t/d graphite plant is an EPC project undertaken by Xinhai. The whole graphite processing plant is conducted by a comprehensive cost &profit evaluation on carat graphite mine in terms of market requirement, resource condition, external condition, product program, construction scale, capital investment and construction effect.

The result showed a good ore beneficiablity and the mine unit earing can reach USD180/t.

After performed a series of tests by Xinhai researching institute, includes the ore multi-element analysis , ore sample-screen analysis ,raw ore density measurement, ore grinding test ,regime of agent test, scheme test and the concentrate screen analysis;

Finally decides the graphite dressing plant is composed by 9-stage grinding,1-stage roughing , 2-stage scavenging and 10-stage concentration with 14.20% productivity, 92.30% fixed carbon content and 87.91% recovery rate.

The whole beneficiation plant workshop includes the crushing, screening, grinding, classifying, flotation and concentrate dewatering, etc.

Xinhai adheres to provide the “green mine &energy consumption saving” service for the minerals processing plant;
