The working principle of Xinhai hydrocyclone is centrifugal sedimentation. Two phases or three phases mixed liquid is fed into hydrocyclone by a certain pressure liquid and produces strong three-dimensions-elliptic rotational movement. Based on different density of particles, the centrifugal force, the centripetal buoyancy and drag force are also different, therefore most of coarse mineral particles will be discharged from cyclone underflow outlet. The fine particles will be discharged from overflow tube.
