How is the Desorption Electrolysis System composed? Xinhai

Desorption Electrolysis System is an aggregate unit applied for gold extraction. This kind of system for mineral processing obtains gold mud form carbon by desorption and electrowinning. The main structure of this kind of aggregate unit consists of electrolysis equipment including desorption column and the electrodeposition tank and the capacity can reach to at least 3.5 kg/t.

With ore dressing technological innovation and improved beneficiation control method from Xinhai, it achieves many advantages as follows.

1. In the high temperature (150℃) and pressure (0.5MPa), the desorption rate reaches 98%

2. Since desorption and electrolysis does not require different temperatures, it is not necessary to change temperature. The quickness and efficiency of machine dramatically diminishes gross electricity consumption by 1/2-1/4.

3. Desorption does not require sodium cyanide, which reduces cost and averts pollution.

In gold electrowinning process, when the electrolysis equipment is added with anions which are more easily absorbed by activated carbons, Au(CN)2ˉ is replaced by anion and the gold desorption is achieved. After the carbons loaded with gold are desorbed, pregnant solution is process via ionization. At last, solid gold is attained.

Desorption Electrolysis is rather a complicated process. Relative equipment includes analytical column, electrolytic tank, filter, heater, analytical solution agitation tank, control electric wheel, DC power supply, measuring instrument. Every single part of Desorption Electrolysis System is showed in Xinhai 3D video, which is really convenient for you to see the structure and to learn about how they comprise a unified system.
