700t/d gold ore mineral processing plant in Zimbabwe was contracted by Xinhai. The plant adopted the CIL technological process. Since the gold grade could reach up to 6g/t in raw ore, to avoid the loss of gold particles in the leaching system, the gravity concentration system was added into grinding and classification circuit to recycle gold particles as soon as possible, which could ensure the ideal gold recovery.
Xinhai provided whole mineral processing plant service, and put rigorous scientific attitude on every detail. Xinhai also provided fine design and construction for the crushing workshop, grinding workshop, gravity concentration workshop, the leaching and adsorption workshop, filter pressing workshop, desorption and electrolysis workshop, carbon regeneration workshop, and smelting workshop. Besides, Xinhai made reasonable schedule and implementation on the installation and commissioning of all equipment.
Xinhai not only provided EPC service of mineral processing plant, but also concerned about resource conservation & utilization and ecological environmental protection. In the project, Xinhai provided perfect tailing dam dry stacking and filtrate backwater recycling systems, which created favorable condition for high-quality mineral processing plant operation in green production model.
