Anhui 600t/d Iron Mineral Processing Plant

Xinhai Solution

The stage of grinding and grading: Used the process of two-stage grinding - six-stage magnetic separation in the stage of grinding + grading.

The stage of iron concentrates dehydration: The iron ore concentrate was pumped to a permanent magnet external filter with the existing series of output concentrates.

The filtrate was returned to system for recycle, and the filter cake was dumped three times by a belt conveyor into a stockpile.

The stage of sulfur and titanium separation: Used the process of the gravity separation-regrinding-flotation separation to separate sulfur and titanium. 

Project Result

While providing efficient resource development and utilization solutions, Xinhai Mining & Equipment also payed great attention to environmental protection. In this project, Xinhai provided efficient and reasonable solutions to the dust, noise, wastewater and tailings generated by the processing plant, realizing the green development and construction of the mine.
